What would be your storyline?

Theres too many wars going on. Honestly, I think there should be one big war, which started from the Oucast/Corsair war and eventually led the other houses into conflict.

I would not have made Gallia, it is a good house and all, its just the whole thing of how they were betrayed before the exodus doesn't really make sense.

Instead, I'd make a DaamKvoosh returned house, and they see what the nomads they created have turned into and are completely horrified. The other houses would probably declare a war for a short period of time, until at least they begin to understand that the daamKvosh are different. The nomads at this point of course would be much more powerful than the DaamKvosh, all though they might not understand who the DaamKvosh are and attack them as well. With the combined strength of the rest of Sirius and the daamKvosh, eventually the nomad's will become 'contained' if not destroyed.

Also, the war between the outcast and corsair (and other houses...) will come to an end. The outcasts and corsairs wouldn't join up though, due to cultural differences. And a sot of UN like organization might show up.

What would be your goal?

Dynamic environments and battle's. Definately find a way to allow fighters to dock with cap ships, but if fighters a re docked, the cap ship cannot be allowed to engage. Allow more lawful military factions to show up, such as the 'Liberty Navy Intelligence' and what not.

What features would you include?

Same as the goal.

How would you run the server?

Same way it is now, but maybe restict it the 13 years and above, so we could get some swear words in. Swear words are, blieve it or not an important part of characteristics. Every drama production in our school has swear words (except non under 13 ones of course). But I wouldn't allow its use AT someone, only at someTHING.

Would you go down the RP, PvP road, or strike a balance?

A balance, but I really would make PVP a HELL of a LOT faster.

Would you give characters millions on starup?

Just 3 million so that indiependents FL's can get a decent fighter going.

Would you abolish player controlled capitals?

No.
