Interesting, but consider this. If LF can hold only 2, VHF 4 and etc, and Gunboats can hold 30. Both of them can heal once but trick is. In fights that are capital against Bombers or fighters you forgot one important factor and that is stronger weapons. Gunboat has superior weapons then VHF, bomber, so does cruiser. To do what you want would meant changing all current stats of weapons, armor and shield because fighters would die faster and soon no one would fly fighters anymore. PVP is important factor of this server as is Role Play, Idea itself is interesting but has a lot of holes in it.
