Good sir, if you continue with your attacks on innocent planets and civilian population, there is a high probobility that the Liberty Government may start to dragoon all combat ships to fight against you. SiN Tech has a few at our disposal, and we would rather keep them at our beck and call not anyone elses.

In addition, your attacks may endanger our holdings in these systems. One of our complexes, Rapture, is under-sea on Los Angeles. Should it be damaged in your attacks, action will have to be taken.

In all, a direct confrontation would not be benificial. We would preffer if some mutual understanding could be agreed uppon.
