Daily Time Limit per IP in server?

Is it just me, or is the server almost constantly locked with player max message?

It's just you. I rarely ever see the server full. Timezones, you see? I've been in fights longer than 4 hours, how do you expect to explain being suddenly disconnected in space after a certain amount of time?

And I think just like IP Bans this won't be able to work in certain areas, where an IP Ban would take out half a city.
