Battleships do not necessarily have the command player.
It was pretty obvious that you were under attack.
Stop trying to find a way to sanction people.

Take it in RP, and ingame, not this trial by forum.
Contact the Order, and do a formal inRP complaint if you have any substance.

The forum members shouldn't have to be subjected to people asking their opinion on what the rules allow.
Only the admins can make a judgement call like that. NOT forum members.
Either contact the Order, or file a sanction report. Don't post on the forums like this.
