is another character allow to give an engagement notice for someone else?

that is the sole point of this topic. nothing more. its not a trial by forum, as you so like to call it. its a question regarding clarification on a rule and opinions of people who abide by them

Stop trying to find a way to sanction people. Take it in RP, and ingame, not this trial by forum.

The forum members shouldn't have to be subjected to people asking their opinion on what the rules allow.
Only the admins can make a judgement call like that. NOT forum members.
Either contact the Order, or file a sanction report. Don't post on the forums like this.

the only thing i was offended by was you coming on here and instead of sticking to the valued opinion that you may have, you started making accusations and demands. which is not the point of this post.

stick to your opinions, but dont go around telling people that they cant post a question involving clarification of a rule. thats all i was asking.

Is a person allowed to make an engagement notice for someone else? can a capital ship engage without a notice, merely because someone else told him to?
