Officer Biography

Kaylee Staite is a first-generation Order-Born, conceived and born during the Nomad war within the Order's military facilities on Planet Toledo. She has been raised from birth to present day by the Order, and as such has very little firsthand knowledge of life in the houses.

Excelling in the fields of Xenomorphic Biology, Nonhuman Technology, and Strategic Command, Kaylee completed her courses in Order basic training by the age of fifteen, at which point she was given an active duty position as an assistant aboard Lisbon Station in Omicron 100, analyzing alien technology and combat tactics.

After two years of service aboard Lisbon, Kaylee was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and given a field research position aboard the newly commissioned recon destroyer Tefnut. While aboard the Tefnut, Lieutenant Staite was trained in starship operations and command by Captain Isaac Thompson.

Upon completing her two-year tour of duty on the Tefnut, Kaylee received a promotion to the rank of Commander. During a brief shoreleave while waiting for a ship to be commissioned for her command, the Carrier Bastet - once under command of Admiral Aki Kimura, now MIA, returned to Order space. The entire crew, minus the missing Admiral, turned the ship over and underwent court martial for their refusal to obey orders from the High Command. After being reconditioned and repaired, the Bastet was given a new operational crew, and Commander Kaylee Staite was assigned as the ship's commanding officer.

Commander Staite's current assignment aboard the Bastet includes patrolling Order space, finding and eliminating insurgents and rebellious elements of The Order, surveying unknown systems under Alien control, and operating as a support vessel for Order pilots throughout borderworlds space.
