I made a comment in Council chambers to you. Please, take time to review it. To clarify what Mr. Lightwing was saying. The proposal was voted down AS WRITTEN. It doesn't mean we don't want to continue working on a compromise. I will be contacting you in the near future with an idea that if the Council grants approval, I have hopes for.
