Why, wouldn't that be smart? Destroy New York and completely kill one of the most nostalgic systems that we as the people who have played this game in SP have ever known?
This is the not the idea of "rebalancing the cool way", destroying the main system of any house is not "rebalancing" it's just destroying an important part of the whole infrastructure of the whole house, and reeking havoc all across the surrounding systems. I think this is just a ridiculous idea to cripple a house into easy conquering for the rival house.
