AI Flying Outcast Battleship?

How exactly would Harvester 24 dock and where in Kusari Space? There already has been an issue with it even going to Hokkaido, the nearest location that is supposed to be friendly to the Faction it's assosiated with, something Dab should be aware of already.

That's the point.. Why did he go to Kusari in the first place? Why didn't he fly to Tau-31? Fly off to the middle of nowhere to get away.. No, instead he flies into a house full of people ready to hunt him down and shoot him, then he complains when it actually happens..

I'm quite aware of the situation in Hokkaido. Did you know that AFA kicks out just about any Corsair they find in Kusari? We kicked out an AI BS that wasn't responding to any hails, was disobeying direct orders not to keep attempting to dock to Ainu, then threatened them because they asked why he was there.

Would you complain any less if people were ganging up on you? Making light of the RP you enjoy and work hard on for as long as you have? If the ship was truely 35k above the plane, just how did anyone see it to be found in the first place as we all know here that sensors do not detect anyone over 14km away.

Actually, I would complain less. If I were ever to take -any- battleship into Kusari without prior permission of the KNF, I'd expect to be hunted down and shot to pieces. Don't you think RM would hunt and destroy any Corsair Dreads in Rheinland? Liberty to do the same to Outcast BSs? Is it really that difficult to believe KNF doing it to an OC BS? Is it really hard to believe the Zoners chasing it after it opens fire on them without provocation?

If the ship was truely 35k above the plane, just how did anyone see it to be found in the first place as we all know here that sensors do not detect anyone over 14km away.

Because four years of experience in chasing has at least taught me to scout as much up and down as on the plane? Basic scouting technique. When you're directly above a JH, you're just as likely to get caught as if you were 35k to the left of a JH.

That is what I am seeing here. Pure negitive comments, riddicule and persicution of the player. It is not unreasonable that he would be reacting with a comment like Leave him alone. There is more to this than is being said I am sure. Who else was directly involved that will comment in a non-negitive way to fix this?

Maybe those negative comments aren't because we dislike someone, but because we dislike his actions and have seen little to no RP from him in-game? I've been party to situations involving H24 on Skype 3 times, and this last one I was there to witness it myself. He's taken an OC BS after a couple GMG fighters, after 2 Mobius fighters, flew into Hokkaido and then didn't respond to any hails from the GC players there, or explain his reasons for being there.. And threatened them..

Then last night he shows up in Baffin.. I wasn't there to see the metagaming about attacking the stations that I heard about through group chat as I was heading there.. But after I did get there, he showed up in scanner range, stopped at 12K, made some message about charging his weapons, demanded Nomads from my hold, then went to cruise. When we followed to make sure he left as per instructions, he fires on my Carrier (no warning) and starts rule lawyering for the next two hours..

Maybe the negative comments are bred from the negative actions he has taken in-game?

There has been a comment that now he is all pew pew and no RP.
Well for this I would like to say, with everyone going OHHHH NOOOOOS THERE IS AN AI OC BATTLESHIP NOOOS... how do you expect him to RP. If you guys would calm down for a minute and let him be you would find out 24 is an amazing roleplay that has been going on well over a year.
If you don't believe this read the biographies and stories of harvester 24.
The reason he was even around the zoners is because of the original roleplay from the harvesters.
All I am saying is stop making a big fuss over it because it is something new and give him some time to show his roleplay.

I agree with the comment that he is all pew pew and no RP now.. Because of the 4 situations I've heard about him, including the one I was there to witness, I've seen plenty of pew pew (like a BS going after 2 VHFs..) and have YET to see ANY actual RP from him. If he has such a great RP, he needs to show it in-game. The biography and story is useless if all he does in-game is shoot things. The negative opinions are a result of his actions in-game. Take that into account.

If a player OOC's:: //Back Off //Leave me alone //Give me a minute, I am dealing with PM //OMP, I got an Admin in PM or whatever, then step up and be the bigger, better RP player and lay off the other guy.

It is not that hard unless your just a PvP whore and all your after is PewPewPew & a cheap kill.

DiscoveryGC keeps claiming the line 'Role Play first', then lets start seeing some.

The issue here is that Harvester 24 was the one MAKING those PMs. He had been PMing complaints and rule lawyering to a ton of players through PMs, half the time towards a person other than the one he was complaining about. Discordian.Colony even had to tell him to shut it, several times, at which point he just started complaining to someone else.

H24 didn't need to have time to respond to PMs, he wanted to be left alone to continue his whining PMs. And even then, KNF/AFA gave him around half an hour to drop the pilots. Generally I see them blow someone up after 2-3 minutes. He has no right to complain about their actions.

Doug even got on and tried to RP with him and work everything out.. Ended up leaving fed up with him and his whining as well.


H24 was given the benefit of the doubt by just about everyone who encountered him last night, and what did they get? Insults, whining, and a ton of OOC.

When one person is angry about how he was treated, and 20 people were angry about how he acted, who do you think was the problem? All 20 people who interacted with him, or the one guy that ended up pissing off twenty people in a span of 2 hours?
