-----Transmission Begins-----

From: Phinious Weepig
Location: Corvo Class vessel - The Caldera. Moored at Ames Research Station, Kepler.
To: Liberty Naval Headquaters, Liberty Security Force Headquaters.

Dear Liberty Naval and Liberty Security High Command,

I'm writing to request permission to move my ship, a Corvo class research ship, through your territory with the aim of studying planetery rings in Pennsylvania. The study should take no more than a few days after which i will move on to Barrier Gate Station.

The purpose of our trip is to document the wonder in our galaxy and we are currently studying planetary rings and we'd like to photograph the second largest rings in Sirius, those belonging to planet Sayre.

Here is a NeuralNet entry of our previous work - The voyage of The Caldera for your reading pleasure.

Yours,

Phinous Weepig
Captain of The Caldera
