Bot/Bat 999 Limit Removed?

When I fly a cap with that many bots, I usually either have full bots or have just repaired myself from 20-ish % hull, which leaves me with considerably less than 999 bots. If the solution was even the slightest bit lag-inducing I'd say it wasn't worth it, but it appears that the number was just arbitrarily chosen and can be modified like any other constant. I don't see what could go wrong other than perhaps the numbers extending over the HUD at small resolutions, but testing never hurts. Lack of testing is why Vista updates were more dangerous than viruses, after all...
