There are 2 ways to do this:
Get a bribe for any gallic lawful faction at any gallic junker base
Blow up marquis supply depots. Be careful, doing so extensively can lower your probably already low rep with lawfuls. My Junker gallic salvage frigate is complelely friendly to GRN/GRP, and hostile to BAF. (Thankfully, I do not leave Gallia with that frigate)
Remembr that junker shouldn't be docking on council or Marquis bases. (If you want act like a Sirius junker, being very diplomatic with everyone, the gallic brigands and union course might be ok)
