I dont see why this should be seperated from the gallic junkers. Every gallic junker knows about their role in stealing technology from sirius - but only a few sirius junkers know about it, and none of the other sirius factions know that junkers had anything to do with the theft of that technology.

Junker rumors in gallia even admit that there will come a time when the Sirius and Gallic junkers must unify or seperate (i.e., sirius junkers will become hostile to the rest of sirius, or they'll become hostile to the gallic junkers when they learn the true motives of the crown).

The actions of the Council have plunged our whole faction into an uncertain future--where we face the inevitable crisis we half hoped would never come. Aside from their leaders, the Junkers in Sirius have never heard about the Junkers from Gallia--and they became much mor wealthy and powerful than we ever could stuck in here.

The rumor doesn't state Junkers must part ways or pick a side with other Junkers--it just says when the news gets out, it will put ALL Junkers in a delicate crisis with ALL factions. Each player will determine the response to this. The status quo of Junkers should remain overall as it is the most practical method to relate to them but in Gallia, criminal and Council forces may have a much stronger reaction.
