I have the idea that you should really be a Citizen of Rheinland to use the Rheinland Citizen guns, and the same with the rest of the houses.
Avoid using house guns, because by using one houses guns you will be marking yourself unfriendly/hostile to at least one other house, maybe two.
Clean up your act. Corsair and Bretonian guns combined did not impress me. Also, trying to tax me whilst I was being taxed by an Outcast, then engaging the Outcast because of little old me, NOT impressive really.
Junkers, i'm not really sure they suit you. You appear to me as a lolwut pirating faction, not really junkers.
