THat kinda made me lol. Corps are all about the bottom line, and In a world with a weaker police than today,I wouldnt be surrised to see Corp raids At any dissendents. The rouge laser wasnt balanced on how strong the LR is IRP. Why should Civiliian weapons still Be balanced by : CIvillian= weak
