A brief background and why you are interested in working for Samura Heavy Industries
As the Emperor has decided in his unquestioned wisdom to restrict the Lincence for Heavy Cargoships like the Ryuujin to the loyal and prosperous Companys Samura and Kishiro, it would be unthinkable for me to maintain the Hamaki, Ryuujin Class Train, for my personal buisenesses.
This fine ship and its skilled Crew have served for a long time bringing wealth and mutch desired Items to both New Tokio and distant friends, but with our new obligations, i plan to downsize the Trade operations of my employees and concetrate more on our Homesystem. But i would not even think of letting the State of the Art Train go to waiste, or even sell it on the open market, i rather want to see her continuing to serve the wellfare of the kusari people, in the Future, under the Flag Of Samura Industries.
I hereby transfere all Papers and Documents of ownership of the Hamaki, to Samura Heavy Industries, and will remove its Crew under Chief Controller Akiko Sato from my payroll upon your admission of the ship and its crew into your service.
The Crew has served onboard this Vessle since its comissioning is well trained and work good as a Team, their KSP records will be send along. If any member of the crew will not be admitted into the service of Samura, please let me know in advance, for i will find a different occupation for them.
