Well Order| uses capital ships within house spaces but those operations are restricted to captains who "know" how to evade the authorities and NEVER EVER show in orbit of a populated planet. This is very very OORP for Order unless there is a situation that needs Order attention near the planet, risking the destruction of capital.

Order is hostile to all houses. There is a tolerance level about our presence in house spaces. Kusari and Rheinland don't "pew" us immediately and accept our passages IF we ask for clearance or they go neutral with us on daily dialogues in space. However, they look for an excuse to take us out and if you give it by flying in a carrier (which is wrong due to your story timeline - tena's statement is correct about the time), you risk dying. So putting a green bar as friends to your post doesn't change much.

You are a sub branch of a bigger, vanilla faction, and you cannot change its diplomacy simply by saying "we are a different branch". It doesn't work that way.

If you want to be active around Rheinland, you have to play by the rules and risks. Whenever Order| goes for an operation, we try to avoid any / ANY interraction with any pilot while we are moving. We go for precise operations and bail out as soon as possible. Before we move into the desired operations area, we decide on several pathways to make our clearance if things go mad. Like, if we enter Bretonia and get spotted, we escape over Kusari's to limit the movement of BAF following us or similar stuff.

We DO HAVE capital craft operating in house systems depending on operations but as you can check from the diplomatic channels and so, NONE of those craft got spotted or had visual contact yet. (talking about Order| not indy wing). Its the RP of Order to stay "in shadows" and let the house people think that its a terrorist bunch. Less attention is better to deal with daily business.

Also, Nomads are not active in Rheinland much. Some do operate near Omega's but main targets are in Omicrons and OVER omicrons, to Liberty. Wilde is active but its not that powerful to require extra Order firepower to go there.

If you still want to do the RP, which I encourage to be done since its a RP will, not lolwut will, I suggest you a) re-shapen your RP according to Order general RP and focus on being "silent" rather than going to planet orbits. I never ever remember us using any planetside bases or something in any space outside of Order friendly list (vanilla friendly list). Like. If you are in Rheinland and need a base, you go to nearest and most "discreet" Freeports or Corsair bases (like Omicron Theta or Omega 5). You don't go to Freeport 1 or something.

When we are operating out of Order standart space, we don't even dock to those bases no matter how bad is our situation. We repair / aid each other and hold till we return back home. Or we lose our craft.

Keyword: BE DISCREET. Operating in house spaces needs EXTRA EXTRA dose of that.
