Good to see that you look at some points. Like I said before: most important is to talk to all the faction leaders, BEFORE you start to piss off people in space with your unknown procedures.

Until this is not clearly worked out, you are treated as foreign forces (unfriendly) and asked to leave Rheinland. Order vessels are foreign and definetly NOT civilian. We do not want to risk a possible Nomad infection in Rheinland.

As Rand Seith stated: operate covertly and don't piss the Rheinwehr off anymore.
