Actually, it's not at all. Has nothing to do with Zoners. Other than the Admin order to stop targeting Zoners, there has been no real in-game retaliation toward the QCP that has actually been effective.
And are the Zoners supporting people hunting QCP without valid IDs, or the use of OOC yelling when a trader gets pirated? I think not.
The QCP has been drawing more flames and ganking than anyone but the Phantoms and Keepers for a long, long time now, and rather than complain, we thrive amidst those flames and ganks.
