NOMAD SEXUALITY 101 Hall #3 - Part.2

The year is 23.07.903 A.S. Standard Sirius Time.

The shrivelled up extremely old 90-ish year old Professor Hyung Soong stands at the window looking outwards at the campus. He sighed and thought about days gone past. The professor watched curiously as a funky lady with a Violette hat attachment walked past. He chuckled and muttered, "Now old friend, that, is [color=#33FFFF]majkp. How that hat stays on in this wind I'll never know. Igiss I'll just stay indoors for awhile."
He picked up a blunt pencil and began sharpening it in his adamatine fist shaped automatic sharpener on his desk, as he awaited the return of the pupils who where eager to learn about nomad sexuality. He reviewed the image sequences in the visual cortex projector.

He spoke to the empty room, "Yes, Yes, I know they won't understand all of it so soon, but that's why they are enrolled, and why I'm getting my" *snort* "pitiful salary. Heh. I could make more by weedalot of some cardimine ... but never mind that. I sense them coming. Shutup while I'm teaching this time eh? You're too distracting."

Professor Hyung was silent and watchful as the students rounded the corner and came into the room. The Swiss Scorch Overload University regulations (and a series of well hidden transporter jammers) disallowed people on this campus to attend via hologram, or transporter. The University Health and Safety Document MB52, section 3, sub-paragraph 666, stated that students had to walk to the old fashioned classroom, an enforced minor fitness and exercise program. Many students thought they would rather be monks than to go walking, but they had paid for this subject. So they walked, some of them not very amused.

Hyung waited until the students had seated themselves, then dabbed the 'close doors' button. One student called out, "I am ready, Professor.". The Professor gave a gentle grin, and cleared his throat.

"Turn to the pages that we last read. and review the images in the text. You will see them in your visual cortex, and can switch between them as I go through the lecture."

"Now, I talked previously about humans, and their physicality. From this basis in understanding the human physical reference point, which you all should know, since most of you are human, and for those of you who are not human, you'll just have to study extra hard, we can begin to build upon this framework. You will see why I have included this basic humanism area, further into the lecture."

He walked like an old gezza over to the other side of the whiteboard.

"I will now talk about human relationships. The sense of this word, 'relationships', is strictly non-sexual, but more the platonic and nuclear definitions.

There are many and numerous relationships within the human 'monkey-sphere'."
The red cortex pointer moves to circle the topmost two human circles. "The very basis of humanity is the family, of generation, of offspring, of kindred, or biological fathers and mothers that have coitus and produce another human being with their genes having been passed on. You...", Professor Hyung points to a lad with a hologram of a supernova on his jacket, "...Robert Fitzgerald, got your sandy brown hair, and blue eyes from your father's sperm and mother's egg. In these days they might not have actually had intercourse, but they did produce the genes that made you."

"While I say 'families', don't be fooled into thinking that there is only one family type. There are a number of family types, one of which is the nuclear family. These nuclear families of humanity come in many shapes and sizes. For whatever reason some families do not have one or more of the parents. You can have a brother or sister, or be an only child. You can be in an obnoxious, one child 'family', or in an expensive 13 child sense killer family! You can be an orphan or together with other people. You can have a street gang as your family, and the term 'family' can mean any number of relationships within the human 'monkey-sphere'. In this subject's context, 'family' is the genes that one human male and one human female passes on, by whatever means, real or in-vitro."

"If you are fortunate enough to have a 'normal' family of one father, one mother, perhaps a couple of siblings, then for this subject, we will take that as the example of humanities 'family'.
The red cortex pointer moves to move around the top-most human circles again.

"The easiest way to explain what I am saying here, are two Ancient Sol sayings. 'Blood is thicker than water,' and 'You cannot choose your parents.' Who your family is, whose genes make 'You' what you are, you cannot escape from, except through Death, Running, or Vermination, and even those aren't permanent these days." Hyung chuckled here, and motioned with the pointer. "Let us say, your brother moves overseas, or goes to a different planet. He is still your brother. It does not matter the distance, or time-space in the universe's continuum, he is still your brother. And if your brother travels back in time, meets your mother and becomes your father, then things certainly become interesting, but we shan't go there in this lecture.

"So, we have determined that distance does not change your genetics, or in other terms, your human 'family'. Now we move onto other human relationships, upon which I will touch only briefly. Raise your hands, those of you who have enemies."
Most of the class room raised their hands, except for a few of the shy ones, and those who actually didn't have any enemies. "And what do you do with your enemies, Mr...", the professor squinted at the person, "Bob Afett?". Afett replied with a smug voice, slightly muffled from underneath his T vision helmet, his gauntleted arms crossed, being careful to *not* touch the Masternerd Rage button . "I blow them up." Professor Hyung tossed a thousand chit coin at Bob, and continued. "Yes exactly. You blow them up. What do you do if they go on a Jihad, Joe?" Hyung pointed at another lad, the one who looked like an Asgardian Spacewolf
