I'm sure you know better than to take a Corsair at his word, so let me paint you a clearer picture of what transpired. Before anything in that footage took place, this mange dog, OPG vessel Fenix, sat outside of your Freeport demanding payment from passing trade ships. When I arrived, he somehow obtained docking clearance onto FP1 - possibly through coercion - before my trefoils could paint his Imperator ashen black. To find him now feigning outrage to the Zoner Council disgusts me, and I ask that the reputation of the Molly Republic, as well as the RHA, not be tarnished by this two-timing Corsair.
