Ok, the Core Systems are "unfinished". The well-fitting RP covering that is the fact that the Jumpgates to those systems were locked down as a security measure by the Gallic Royals.

@cossack, Perhaps thats because Gallia is -meant- to be a system of its own, not just another house within the Sirius System, in addition to being more abundant in resources. Read the RP, the minefields were disguised to make people assume they were no different than other Alien Minefields found in Sirius. Because of the actions of the Council, Gallia was revealed -before- Gallic Royals achieved technological superiorirty. Why would they want superiority? Because, they had planned revenge from the beginning. They had reason to want superior technology.
