I wouldn't call it a dilemma. Please note that even the capital ship restriction is ONLY within the bounds of RP. Sure, you are free to come to Rheinland with any capital ship, but you will either be asked to move out asap and destroyed if you refuse to do so, or reported in extreme cases, like Gallic battleships. Luckily we did not have such hard cases. Yours was short before a report, I must add.

The -][- is not a "religion" [as we called it] but a sect like it was mentiored by Ventana.

Now this is going into the right direction. Let this be said: Rheinland is some kind of totalitarian police state, but the people are happy with it for the biggest part. Why? We have the religion 'Church of the Green Eagle' (Kirche des gruenen Adlers), which worships the Kanzler and serves as some state religion.

I doubt that the gouvernment would officially allow a competing religion, so you can guess yourself enemies of Rheinland, when it comes to that point. That's why we offered you to get closer to the Bundschuh: they aren't religious zealots AND enemies of the gouvernment and the Nomads. So you would be advised best, if you ally with them. This will hopefully boost the VFs reputation a bit, they are kinda inactive.

Our primary home system is Munich, which is heavily attacked by the [RM].

Munich maybe, but if so, then some remote and covert position in some nebula. I doubt that you will manage to get your official headquarters on planet Nuremberg, because it's controlled by the RFP and the military... not to mention the Regensburg battleship, which guards near the gate to the core systems.

1. Munich will be filled with "life".
At the moment it is a "dead System"; no one is there...and nobody wanna get there... and this sux, doesnt it?

Well, Munich is a peaceful system. I wouldn't call it dead. Republican, Daumann, ALG and OSC have some good traderoutes there and we have the exit to the border worlds in the Alps Cloud. Nothing wrong with it.

2. The [RM] has a new interesting enemy to deal with.
A enemy who brings up new exotic ships to Rheinland (Order ships). This should be a good base for some nice PvP.

Well, let me list the enemies of the [RM]: Red Hessians, Bundschuh, Unioners, Pirates, Corsairs, Wilde, Liberty forces, Outcasts. Forget one? Nevermind... I do not think we need another enemy. Better some forces, which stay covert and support us in every way they can, but are officially enemies. Maybe the Vigilante ID would suit your needs also, as it should allow you everything you want to do so far. (Except the Cap ship thingy.)

3. The Inquisiton is banned from Rheinland (exception Munich) and so u could avoid contact if u want to do so.

Why don't you see Munich as a part of Rheinland? There is a battleship from the military forces and a police controlled planet. It IS a Rheinland system. And our patrols include this system.
