OK I've just read the entire thread, quite funny, some of you should seriously tone down on the hostility.

All I see in this is interesting RP. The QCP are officially denounced by her Majesty and her Government, we all know this is political ploy to allow the QCP to act and Bretonia to deny liability, all great RP with basis in history. Britain's privateers would harass forces belonging to neutral countries that were percieved as against British interests and his or her Majesty would officially deny all knowledge or responsibility and secretly applaud her Privateers.

This incident should be about is roleplay, not rants about meta-gaming and OORP insults. If Mal chooses to leave that is his choice, no one else's, personally I'm sad to see him go but I highly doubt that this little incident is the only factor in his decision.

The Zoners must launch diplomatic pressure on Bretonia's Government to deal with the QCP, threaten to cease trade, threaten impose trade blockades into Bretonia (surely the Zoners can cut off every route into Bretonia, the Freeports are ideally situated in border systems to run blockade operations if needed). This is the appropriate in RP response. If it can be proven that in RP with evidence that QCP are indeed still being supported by the Bretonia Government then the Zoner's have cause to properly accuse Bretonia and declare hostilities. At the moment the Zoner's should consider the QCP their enemy and deal with them as such.

Frankly I'm amazed at the OORP hostility shown in this thread, return to roleplaying.
