The criticism when its not rude is welcome keep it up.
First there is talk of making our line of ships a bit more compact, its talk mainly give a bit of time to it, we are a democracy you know.
Second, I dont see why people are going psychotic about a junker pirating, in the original game I distinctly remember being pirated by junker npcs. Yes it may not jive quite so well with the way the congress does its rp but all they need to do is distance themselves and it may go a bit better.
Thirdly on the Gallia idea. In Legacy I was the one truly pushing for that idea and it was to be called up for a vote to decide, but I figured "hey I have been in gallia a lot but im gonna try to interact with some of the players when they are on, since our timezones seem to not match". Guess what, was extremely negative, so scrap that idea I wont share space with some of those people.
Finally a lot of you need to realize how many people legacy has kept from leaving this game. A scant few of legacy are the original pirates that were so feared. Those that came here picked up people like me who were frustrated, clueless or both and helped them get on their feet so they could find their way. Last I heard slayor had spent almost 200million of his own money getting people set up in the slave/cardi trade and teaching it. Besides the pirating this is legacies biggest thing, helping new people. I doubt many factions would do such.
Even if Im not very good at this game's pvp or rp I will stick by legacy. I was kept here by two people and one just happens to be slayor. He has been a good friend and I will stick by him. Besides maybe the reason why legacy grinds so many peoples gears (besides the point of its acclimating to this server still) is it looks at this as what it is, a game. Many people on this server think its so much more when its a tool to interact with others and be entertained.
