Missile idea: Long range missile

According to FLStat, its a Council Battleship Missile Turret with 15,315 max range... um wth?

Ha don't look at me!!!

Dunno what i've found while making my gundam mod that missiles of longer range have to have a delay tracking to a least 3.8k( if 10k shot with a fairly fast speed missile) if you wanna hit. If it tracks too soon it will over correct and miss....assuming the target is moving. Also to hit anything it must be a faster missile slow missiles will never hit the target from that distance.
