While I can't speak for the Council or for the entire Zoner community, I would like to kindly ask all Zoners here to keep their comments silent until such time as the Zoner Council can discuss this matter in chambers and come up with a unified answer.

I would like to extend my thanks to this intelligent chap. I'm more used to dealing with Rheinlanders, who have an efficient system of governance, and allocated speakers. This, frankly, is a shambles, I'm afraid. Having numerous poorly informed individuals yelling at myself is not conducive to a healthy diplomatic relationship, I don't think.
