Well, almost every one I stopped started yelled at me going, "You have BHG IFF! You cant do this! Fix your IFF! Bounty Hunters can't do this!"

Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Bounty Hunters Guild, who:

Can fulfill lawful bounty contracts
Can trade and escort traders
Can hunt pirates and terrorists across Sirius
Can demand cargo or credits from ships carrying contraband and destroy them if they refuse to comply
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls
Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
Cannot use any Liner except the Prison Liner
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Gunboats, Prison Liners

You see, BHs can demand contraband. Vigilante ID can do this too, so no problem with this.

Players using the Vigilante ID MUST have a lawful tag and their equipment and area of operation must also reflect their tag.

Freelancer ID - Everywhere - Lawful

Freelancer IFF with Vigilante ID is fine.
