The point about being able to roleplay with other people is that you BOTH change and adapt to what the other does.

IE, I attack you, you shoot back.

Recently the Hessians etc broke their alliance with the Outcasts and are now at war with the RoS.
There was embedded roleplay of the Hessians being Outcast Allies since 2003. That changed.

A simple solution to this would be to ignore the damn bounty and kill anyone who doesn't.
THAT is what the Zoners would do in reality.

Facilitating the rise of robotics since 0 A.D.
