Folks, the most important part of his whole conversation was already stated:

Communication

Often I have seen a group of people decide what was going to happen in game without contacting the other faction or players involved.

Have some respect for the other players.

Lets not let something like Mis or NO commnication cause bad feelings anymore.

There is too much of it going on poisoning this server and ruining the fun of playing.

Here is something to consider:

"Ruining my fun will eventually lead to ruining your fun."
