Comrades, I have great news. A few days ago a very interesting transmission was intercepted by our comms, detailing the statute of a certain group called the Liberty Revolutionary Front, and their intent to contact one of our operatives regarding possible arrangements. I have taken the initiative to contact the leader of this group, and arrange for a meeting with him within the Free System of Bering.

Needless to say, I do believe we have a new ally in Liberty. Although the group is small at the moment and does not enjoy much notoriety, it does have great potential to grow. So far I have put in a word with Mr. Profrock of the Alster Union about the group. This should help them extend their operations within the Texas system, considering that it is the buildup point of the Liberty Navy on their route to Rheinland at this very moment. The information they could provide about naval movements and buildups could very well be invaluable to us as well as our allies within Rheinland.

To this end I am also requesting permission to embark to the Texas system as soon as possible in order to observe the actions of the LRF, with possibility of involvement based on necessity. Should a group such as this gain roots within at least one of the outlying Liberty systems, it will be of great help to our operations once we are done with this Outcast menace invading the Omega sector.
