On a patrol of ze Hamburg system i detected a vessel heading out of Alaster Shipyard.. When i hailed it to stop for scan it refused claiming i mean it harm.
After i Ordered it once more, Saying it will be forced if he will not comply he stopped. He was heading to New York.. After a quick conversation he turned his vessel and returned to New Berlin

The smuggler was spotted in Hamburgs far orbit.. He never went close enough into scanner range to get a lock on. and managed to escape..

The LTC smuggler escaped and after couple minutes that Legacy "Junker pirate" arrived.
He did not say much.. But that he is here to Protect the smugglers.. I told him he have two choices surrender and be taken to Virlande or be destroyed.. He tried to escape and i ordered to open fire.
