Here is an idea;

A minefield, a spammload of overpowered NPCs in the best ships possible, and then the admins themselves, finally their fortress base filled to busting with 'BFG's' and if you get past all this, a one way jumphole that takes you back to NY, bumps you down to starting ship and credits with an item in your hold called
'The "I survived the Admin system" T-shirt'

(this is a joke of course)

On a more serious note, I think it would be cool for the admins to have an invincible custom made (I mean totally custom made model) base somewhere in a dark dark distant system with a mysterious infocard...
