I would go perhaps with Harvester Cruiser (work your RP so that the AI part is missing and the aliens are residing inside/ controlling the AI). Order Recon Vessel is also an option; to me it looks sufficiently 'alieny'.

For ID perhaps go for perhaps Vigilante or Merc? except I am unsure whether those allow cruisers. IFF probably freelancer, since all guard factions hate them.

As a side note: If you go for Scorpion Gunboat with Freelancer IFF, that would get people's attention REALLY fast and reveal that you are not what you seem to be.
