Many bombers don't have torpedo tubes. It's down to a modellers preference whether or not the tubes are added, because they're not a requirement.

Personally, any bomber I develop likely won't have torpedo tubes because to me, the model of the gun is the torpedo tube. It doesn't make sense to put a torpedo tube inside a torpedo tube. It also looks ugly whenever you put a torpedo inside a torpedo tube, because the gun model sticks out the sides, and clips through the sides of the torpedo tube.
