It's perfectly in-RP for the QCP to be doing what they're doing.
They were basically pirates with a letter of marque, so to speak, and got Bretonian ships and equipment in return for their services, I guess.
In the beginnings I'd wager just a smart trick to allow Bretonian players to reach other areas as well, but nevertheless in-RP and a good attempt.

Now I'd appreciate if the QCP didn't pirate people for like 10 million credits or such, but I don't have anything against them pirating.
Now I'm not saying they did, I have no idea how much they pirated Ash for nor on which char he was on in the first place.

Anywho. QCP = Annoying bastards with a lot of cheek, which contribute to the server well. That was a compliment, by the way.

I mean, regular CR pirates in Leeds.
