A small figure was circling around the hall, holding a small piece of paper in his hand. He stopped for few moments and took a quick look at the paper. He raised his head and concluded that he is completely lost. After a couple of moments of just standing and looking from one to the other end of a long corridor, man decided to take a risk and knock on one of the doors. No one answered, so he knocked on it again. Finally, he heard a noise from the other side of the doors..
He slowly opened the doors to see what was going on inside.
-I am sorry Herr, but I was looking for recruitment office. I cant seem to find it... He said from the doorstep. I was given a number, but...
Officer just nodded, and pointed at doors.
-Well, seems like I am at the right place then He said, and closed the doors after entering the room.
-Guten tag. he nervously started My name is Viktor Heinz. I was born on Stuttgart planet in 779 AS. We werent poor to start with. We always had enough, maybe more than others had. My father was making a good living, with his service in Polizei force, while my mother, well, she was a housewife.
You could call us a 'happy' family. We had enough for our needs. Not too much, but always enough.
My childhood was mostly regular and typical, so I believed. I didnt have really good grades in school, but eventually, I ended on colleague. My folks were so proud of me. So was I.
At that, very young time, I didnt have time to think about things that were around me. Problems can be so far away, when youre in the safety in your home.
Of course, we all heard for all the miner 'rebellions', and for us, more important, farmer movements. But, my father had a safe and steady job, so we didnt care much.
Hmm... I do believe people change under influence new events, or new people.
That happened to me. New Berlin colleague was a turning point in my life.
Finally, I saw all the problems that Rheinland society ran into. I kept my mind busy with those things, trying to figure out where it all began, why are things as they are. Where is the solution for our Fatherland?
There were many groups on colleague back then, and each had one of their 'solutions'. Some were just childish, other were very mature,or at least I thought so at the time. There was always a bad part. Most of them would just create more problems than they would solve.
I studied on Technology colleague, but my mind and thoughts were somewhere else. I spent four years there, most of the time talking with other students, like myself, that were interested in such, if I may say so, political talks. From right, to left ideas.
Left ideas... he slowly repeated, and his eyes slowly lost officer from sight.
- Rheinland is suffering from three major problems, by my observation, Hessian, Unioner and Farmer one. All of those, in their basics, are the same, and share a few things. Socialy exploited workers, or farmers, if you like, by upper class. I noticed that other Houses dont share this kind of problems with Fatherland. Why are we so different from Liberty, where people are supposed to be happy, without social unhappiness. Is it because of political system?
I thought so. Then, following the path of my thoughts, democracy would be the best path for our Fatherland.
Or would it? We have always been different from Liberty, for example. Rheinland people arent Libertonians. They dont share same thoughts, or motives. In Liberty, I believe, it is all about money. We, Rheinlanders, dont think that way. Some things come before material happiness. Such as, benefit of our family, or if we put that in much larger scale, benefit of whole Fatherland.
Liberty political system, if we were to import it, would be much bigger disaster than this present solution. Nothing much would change. You would still have few Bosses, if I can call them that way, that would again, control nation as whole. People would be simply tax payers, and source of cheap manpower.
Rheinland needs a new way. What do we need? Equality of our workers together with so called upper class. There shouldnt be any more leaches that drain power from our country. Every man is born equal to the other, and he should stay equal if he is honest, and if he work as others. Your work should be only sign of your 'upperness'. Of course, that system needs to be controlled, unless we want anarchy. But, people with power should share same ideas as workers, and be honest in their duty for greater good.
And now, I am sure, that communism is the right path for my country.
