It's not always a bad thing to leave new guys cope on their own. It's character building stuff and helps slowly intoduce them into the mod. Sometimes if newbies are rushed into gameplay by someone whos provided them with top notch gear, their more likley to get targeted for rule breaking as they don't quite understand all of the aspects of disco. Think about it, it may not seem like alot to remember for us but theres so much stuff on disco that they have to memorise.
