My crew and I wish to open up closer relations between Our crew and the Outcast alliance. Our vessel has

eliminated Bounty Hunter, and Naval vessels. We normally do not collect bounties on said vessels, but as a

prominent ally and friend. We wish to open a business relation, I believe the term is "Faction Affiliated" according to your Bounty Board.

thanks to the Rogue ingenuity of Ever-ready vessels. Our Identification reads us as Common Pirates. But we hold
