That's how I see it, too. And it can't be that someone who acts perfectly within the given RP bounds is warned, because someone feels pissed by that. All you who complain about the QCP and all you Zoners who feel your 'neutrality' endangered: There is always a way to avoid the QCP. Stay out.
What will be the next step? Warning some other faction, because they dared to rob the Zoners? Warning some player, because he RPs insults to the Zoners? You know what: we have such a nice system in Germany and I am sick of that, too.
