Now this statement is a load of bs. That is like me stating that the QCP is just a bunch of PVP whores who are looking for a new target to go after and decided to pick on the zoners. We zoners just felt your RP reasons were weak, and the QCP was playing outside it's scope. The QCP was set up to attack Kusari, not zoners. It makes little sense for all the sudden for the QCP to attack us when there is very little RP reason to do so. Also why are they not going after Mollys. They support the Corsairs, as do the junkers. With very little RP to show that the Queen has now given the QCP letters of Marque to attack zoners as well, reasons for doing so are slim. Letters of Marque were usually specific on who the recipient could attack and in what area.

I'm afraid, its not at all. There is a huge difference. QCP didnt provoke a tension with Zoners without a reason. It all happened because Zoners let Corsair swarms overrun their territories and use them as their own. The diplomatic efforts you have been speaking of seem to have been so feeble and ineffective that such problems arised. Besides, QCP was not set up to attack only Kusari. Corsairs are one of their other foes as for one.

There is a simple fact and you are trying to circumvent it but thats in vain. Zoners found themselves in a mess, simply because of not taking any action against Corsairs, those who used Zoner bases and the shelter of Zoners to organize raids against QCP. Nobody with a sane mind would expect QCP to treat Zoners friendly anymore after this.

We also let the BHG dock, The Order, Junkers, house traders, house police and Military's, GMG, IMG, ect...ect. Wow we would have even let the QCP dock there. We allow everyone to dock at our stations. The Corsairs LIVE in O-49 and 50..so yes there are more of them there to use our facilities. Being who we are, we have to be good neighbors or we will be persecuted everywhere. So letting the Corsairs use our bases is just a poor excuse..

Perhaps you should monitor who you let on your bases more carefully, as some of them apparently arent earning a good reputation for you.
