I think Zoners are overestimating their Neutrality anyway. It makes the Neutral ID you can get by an Admin pretty useless.

Exactly. First of all, since the time of "Vanilla Freelancer" where Zoners were practically neutral to all factions, alot of things have changed.

Few conflicts of interest that have provoked certain factions to go unfriendly or hostile to the Zoners.

1) LWB and the Synth Foods conflict regarding Zoner Freeport Biodomes.

2) Zoners supplying the Corsairs with vital resources to keep them going and thus ultimately aid them in the front-line of Omega-5 against the Hessians.

3) Outcasts feeling left-out because the Corsairs are receiving far too many privileges from the Zoners.

4) Mollys seeking revenge on the Corsairs from the horrifying Planet Cork incident, might decide to attack Planet Gran Canaria because a large number of Corsair refuges live there.

5) Any faction that is not dependent on the Zoners in order to survive and suspects the Zoners to make deals with their enemies thus marking them as at least unfriendly.

Vanilla Freelancer where Zoners rep sheet said "Enemies: None" does not mean things haven't changed til' now. Didn't Dieter said that infocards and such are not the primary Role-Play source but the actions of the PLAYERS. Hmm?
