Fat Tony's, named after Don Fat Tony is a bar that combines a beautiful wood-crafted interior with traditional Sicilian architecture. Visitors are first struck by the natural rock face behind the bar, which has been carefully treated to ensure the integrity of the bar while maintaining its natural beauty. The one meter thick walls are made out of oak wood. The bar counter itself runs in a long curve from back to front in an subtle S bend and is made of beautifully hand laid and polished oak parquets.

Above the counter, handcrafted lights on dimmers and clever use of mirrors complete the effect, creating a room where several small groups can enjoy a quiet chat or where a large group can have a secluded party. Air conditioning and large overhead fans ensure that conditions are comfortable whilst remaining unobtrusive.

Mario Zarotti is a long-standing family member of the Smokeone's and a very experienced bartender. From cocktails to standard drinks, this man is a master of the mixin' and the shakin' and if you provide him with a good story, he might slip in a bottle of wine from his own special collection.
