I dont know what your talking about my slayor character and angelinna characters never changed names. You can double chek this with anyone. I am not a impersonator and I havent named changed either one of those characters.

I was involved in the incident, and tried several times in RP char to get an answer to what was going on as well as OORP on a pvt channel. The only reply I could get from the impersonating character was that all BH's was KOS, dispite Junkers Congress and BHG not having hostile relations. This prompted me to open direct communications on the Global Sirius Network directly to the Junkers Congress councilman (//Rudo), and I'll post the message I sent him here :

A quick question :

Has the Junkers Congress moved BHG's from the Unfriendly (ie will fire when fired upon) list to Hostile (i.e. KOS) ?

Reason I ask, is that .:j:.Corpulent.Covus, one of your faction members, fired upon my BH bomber today without any engagement notice, while I was setting up a nice RP scenario with a Zoners Cap ship that had wandered into Liberty core space. (Setting up a scenario where I escorted him through Liberty core to meet a Liberty Navy ship for diplomatic talks regarding map data of Liberty.

The attack was totally surprising, since a) there was no engagement notice UNTILL my ship was blown up, b) the RP scenario I mentioned was done in character in SYSTEM chat so he would have been aware of it, c) my ship and the zoners destroyer was sitting still at the Pittsburgh-Manhattan tradelane while I was typing, and d) afaik BHG didn't have any open general bounties on Junkers, nor consider them as criminals, as well as Junkers Congress according to your faction page didn't have any Kill On Sight orders for BH's.

The Faction member in question later went on a killing spree between Pittspurgh and Manhattan, and as far as I could see from the resulting complaints in System chat, he still didn't give proper engagement notices in the spirit of RP'ing.

Could you please inform me regarding the Junkers Congress policy against BH's and if the faction member of yours was a renegade/unaware of proper RP procedures/newb, or acting in RP character by attacking in this manner ?

I am glad to see that Rudo took prompt action, although based on the experience yesterday, I personally think that a 7 day ban is a very light sentence, since your "fun" ruined a lot of peoples fun, including what could have been a liberty wide RP session that would have exposed a lot of newcomers to the spirit of RP'ing. But then again - Based on your actions, it seems like RP'ing isn't really your thing. Thought about taking up CounterStrike instead of Freelancer ?
