Indeed. Over the development of 4.85 there was this notion that we needed to put at least one base in every system. I do believe that notion to be thoroughly failed... systems like Yukon have a base that just popped up out of nowhere and serves no purpose... would be better off if they were just empty.

But since it's already too late to remove anything, I'd say how about you lot present a couple of interesting concepts for "empty" systems?
