You'll need a comprehensive story for such "character". Start working out not only with the premise but also set up your actual goal with the story - what do you plan to turn it into eventually, plan ahead, keep checking for consistency while doing so.

Probably I'd be interested in helping you with it, however it largely depends on the following: 1) your interest, it must be pretty high; 2) your willingness to fix errors I'll point out; 3) be ready to edit things to make them compatible with the lore; 4) be ready to push the limits of your story writing, quality is above quantity; 5) I tend to be a very highly demanding person when it comes to stories I co-write (ask Gurjiv or pretty much anyone from the Keepers whose stories I've been reviewing).
