Captain Wilde, we are well aware of the current Colonial problem and have taken steps to protect our shipments. We have increased patrols four fold, we have recently upgraded Cali's defence and scanner systems. However, we are fighting a war on multiple fronts, we cannot always have enough patrols to cover the shipments.

May I suggest you contact the Vagrant Raiders when you need an escort, if there are no available Outcast patrols, they have faithfully defended many, many shipments.
