This is not a free for all "throw rotton fruit at the people in the stockades".

I hope you don't take my post above as a "rotten fruit throwing" post, since I was involved in the incident.

My post in this thread was intended to
a) Show the severity of the incident.
b) Thank Rudo for making the sanction report, after I contacted him via PM here on the forums.
c) Make the offender think twice about how his non-rp actions influence all other players.

The server stands out from other servers BECAUSE of the RP'ing going on - There are plenty of pure PvP servers if that is what tickles peoples fancy.
Since the NY system is the most visited system in the Sirius universe, mainly due to that being the first system where new players come to make money for other ships and equipment, RP'ing is extra important in that system, in order to expose newcomers to the philosophy behind the server.

When someone goes off on a OORP killing spree such as the fake Junkers Congress character did, it will influence new players : Either they get fed up, thinking that the Discovery RP server ain't any different from any other server, or they think such behaviour is OK. In both cases, that is a loss for the server and the RP'ing players on it.

So again, my post wasn't slagging him or "throwing rotten fruit" at him, but trying to make him realize that his actions doesn't just influence him and the targets he killed, but has repercussions on a larger scale, since newcomers see all the complaints on the system chat as well, even if they aren't directly involved.
