I apologize for the breach in the frequency. If my communications officer doesn't get this problem fixed.. well, heh. Also a message to you intruder - hijack any VR/Council of Dons frequency again and I will personally hunt you down and kill you myself. Or worse, I'll let Mr. Fierceshot kill you, and you really, really wouldn't want that.

I have consulted with my advisers, and we have decided that five Inferno Pulse cannons would suit our needs quite nicely for the time being, if that is an acceptable number. Perhaps later, after further exchanges of information, and the growth of VR, we may be able to assist you financially in the construction of more of these weapons.
